Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through www.puredrivecarcare.co.uk. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Pure Drive Car Care, trading as PureDrive Car Care, of [FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS].
Email: info@puredrivecarcare.co.uk
Telephone: [FINAL BUSINESS TELEPHONE]
Company number: [IF APPLICABLE]
VAT number: [IF APPLICABLE]
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, images, sizes and specifications are accurate. Product photographs are illustrative and colours may vary between screens and physical products.
Automotive chemicals must be used according to the product label and supplied safety information. The label and, where supplied, Safety Data Sheet are the authoritative sources for safe handling, storage and use of the particular formulation.
3. Product safety
Read the label before use and follow all application, dilution, ventilation, storage and personal-protective-equipment instructions. Keep products away from children and do not mix chemicals unless the product instructions expressly permit it. Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund amounts paid for unavailable goods.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price payable and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you place an order. VAT treatment will be shown as applicable.
Any prices used during website development or demonstration must not be treated as final until the live catalogue and checkout are connected to the actual selling arrangements.
6. Ordering and contract formation
Submitting an online order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by an order-confirmation message stating that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is a genuine pricing or technical error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. You are responsible for checking order details and providing accurate delivery information.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using the methods shown at checkout. The live website will use a third-party payment provider. The provider's terms may also apply to the payment transaction. The current development checkout must be connected to the chosen provider before real payments are accepted.
8. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before checkout. Unless a different period has been agreed, consumer orders should be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days where applicable under consumer-contract rules.
If goods are delayed, lost or arrive damaged, contact us promptly with the order details. This does not limit statutory rights.
9. Risk and title
For consumer sales, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.
10. Your right to cancel
For most online consumer purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the period generally runs from receipt of the last goods.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You normally then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Unless we have agreed to collect them, you are generally responsible for the direct return cost where the law permits.
You may handle goods only as far as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning as you could in a shop. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply if handling goes beyond this and diminishes the value.
11. Exceptions
Some goods or contracts are excluded from the cancellation right by law. If an exception applies to a particular product, the required information will be provided before purchase. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.
12. Refunds
Where you validly cancel, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law and normally include the cost of standard delivery, but not an additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Consumer goods must, where applicable, be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not what you ordered, contact us and we will provide the remedy required by law.
Stop using a product if you believe it is defective or unsafe. Keep the packaging, product and batch information where possible so the issue can be investigated.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with an order or service, contact us at info@puredrivecarcare.co.uk. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
15. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or users.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the PureDrive name, logo, website content, graphics, product descriptions and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
17. Liability
We are responsible for losses and damage where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by consumers acting wholly outside a business context.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice & Cookies explains how we process personal information.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders when necessary. The terms applying to an order are those available when you place it, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
21. Model cancellation form
If you wish to cancel, you may use the following wording:
